Thursday 21 November 2024 SEND Dodgeball Event Friday 15th November 2024 The event was aimed at pupils with additional learning needs. Eight Year 7 pupils were selected to participate. Games were played against other local schools. The students played exceptionally well, listened to all instructions, played within the rules, showed respect for staff, their teammates and the opposition. They were all motivated and motivated each other and congratulated each other on each success throughout the event.

Friday 18 October 2024 Yr11 Mock Interview Day Today 30 local employers joined us for our Year 11 Mock Interview Day. All of the major local employment sectors were represented and the students were given a mock interview giving them chance to show off their CV's and certificates and get an experience of a real employment interview. Employers and students had a fantastic day and with some students making such a good impression they were told to apply for apprenticeships or part time work. Our students excelled themselves with their professional attitudes, appearances and CV's. We would like to thank all the employers who gave up their time to come and inspire our students and we look forward to working with you in the future.

Monday 11 March 2024 Global Recognition for SJT We are proud to have been awarded an International Forum of Inclusion Practitioners (IFIP) award through UNESCO for our work on Mixed Attainment. This award is linked to the 1948 international declaration for human rights and the rights of all children to receive access to high-quality education.

Friday 20 November 2020 Arts Award Over the last few weeks, students in Year 10 have been given the opportunity to complete an Arts qualification that they started in Year 9 called Arts Award Bronze.
